Alliant will be providing each employee with the opportunity to receive a fitness tracking device.  You will have the choice from a Fitbit Alta with Heart Rate and a Garmin Vivosmart with Heart Rate. Your tracking device is yours to keep so long as you participate in one of the company-wide challenges.  While you are not expected to win a challenge, we want to ensure that you become familiar with the benefits of the device and its tracking capabilities.

Our Navigate Wellbeing platform synchronizes with both Fitbit and Garmin devices.  In addition, our platform connects with over 50 other devices and applications, including Polar, Jawbone, Apple Watch, Runkeeper, MyFitnessPal and Move (to name a few).  If you're ready to order your device, please email NorCalHandP@alliant.com
